NDC’s exercise programs are created uniquely for you, your body and your circumstances during one-on-one sessions with your own exercise physiologist. Completed from the comfort of your own home or in person at the gym, each program starts with a
comprehensive assessment of your current abilities, strengths, weaknesses and goals. From here, your
exercise physiologist can teach you how to best use
your surroundings and any equipment to increase your fitness, gain strength, improve your functionality and promote your independence. By completing regular
exercise, you can gain the widespread benefits of
exercise that include:

reducing anxiety, depression,
