Sara Horsey

Sara has been working in the healthcare industry since 1995. Sara’s passion to provide excellent care to others comes from her long family background of nurses and also seeing the care delivered to those she loved while growing up. Sara has worked as a Registered Nurse in a variety of clinical settings including Intensive Care, day surgery, aged care, and disability services. Sara has held several National management roles and also studied business, knowing that providing great clinical care is an essential element, but delivering sustainable care will ensure the service remains secure and reliable. Many people who find themselves needing care would prefer this care to be delivered in their own ‘home’ and even when this is specialist care, it can support incredible goals.
